PURPOSE OF POSITION 

Support the daily restaurant operation of the kitchen by assisting with managing, coordinating, and preparing food, and ensures quality and consistency of products. Assists with the managing and monitoring of food inventory, ensures par levels are maintained and assists with making appropriate orders. Assists with managing and maintaining records in compliance with company standards.  Supervises day-to-day activities of back of the house associates and assists with coaching and training. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBLITIES:
